If you haven't done so, It would probably be worth your while downloading our Free Technical Guide. It should provide you with simple, practical guidelines that will help you prepare your artwork correctly for production at our facility.

The following is a list of comon questions that customers have when adding design and artwork to their orders.
 

Adding artwork / design to your print order

If you would like to add a design and artwork package to your order, you can simply choose the 'Artwork Package' from the 'Select Artwork' screen. The correct price is displayed for the product that you have configured.

 

Paying for your Design Package


All design and artwork is paid for at the time of ordering your print job by credit or debit card. It will show as a separate item on your order confirmation and will be subject to VAT

 

What happens once I've placed my order


Once we have received your order, one of our designers will contact you requesting information.

The sort of information we will need will include:

  • Contact details. (email, website, phone etc.)
  • Text for your job.
  • Any images you would like to use (see below)
  • Any photos you have that you would like included
  • Your ideas on colour and layout etc.

 

Do you supply images or do I have to?


If you have specific images you would like included in your job, you can either upload them to our secure FTP server, email them to us or send them on CD via the postal system.

If you think that you need a particular image but don't have access to it , we have an extensive image library that you can use. Just tell us what you are looking for and we'll do our best to find an image that fits the bill. We have literally hundreds of thousands of images to choose from.

 

How long before I see my proofs?


We will normally get an initial proof for you within three working days. Any amendments are usually done the same day and re-emailed to you for approval.

PLEASE NOTE: IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK YOUR PROOF FOR SPELLING AND GRAMMAR AND CONTENT. ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED A PROOF APPROVAL SLIP WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERRORS.

 

What is the cost of the design service?


The cost of our design service will be displayed on the Artwork Selection page and is calculated based on your selections on the product configuration page.
