You will need to have some artwork prepared to have your printing produced at PrintRobot.
If you want to, you can buy one of our artwork packages when you order your printing or supply your own - it's up to you!

If you buy one of our Artwork Packages, your design project is handled by one of our professional graphic designers who will personally take your design brief and produce your artwork to the highest of standards, focusing on producing a design that will meet your requirements whlst containing all the elements required to help you win more business and look professional.

What happens once I've placed my order
Once we have received your order, one of our designers will contact you requesting information.
The sort of information we will need will include:
- Contact details. (email, website, phone etc.)
- Text for your job.
- Any images you would like to use (see below)
- Any photos you have that you would like included

Your ideas on colour and layout etc.
Do you supply images or do I have to?
If you have specific images you would like included in your job, you can either upload them to our secure FTP server, email them to us or send them on CD via the postal system.
If you think that you need a particular image but don't have access to it , we have an extensive image library that you can use. Just tell us what you are looking for and we'll do our best to find an image that fits the bill. We have literally hundreds of thousands of images to choose from.
How long before I see my proofs?
We will normally get an initial proof for you within three working days. Any amendments are usually done the same day and re-emailed to you for approval.
PLEASE NOTE: IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK YOUR PROOF FOR SPELLING AND GRAMMAR AND CONTENT. ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED A PROOF APPROVAL SLIP WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERRORS.
What is the cost of the design service?
The cost of our design service will be displayed on the Artwork Selection page and is calculated based on your selections on the product configuration page.
